Susan Reynolds manages the Inside Sales/Customer Service team and has been with Ball for 11 years. She has also held management positions in the distribution segment of the company in Sales Administration, Operations, Purchasing, and Business Development. Susan was previously a Practice Manager with Baltimore Medical Systems and also a small business owner. She works closely with inside and outside sales to ensure a top-notch experience for you at Ball Aerosol & Specialty Container.
